Pershing School at Chelsea has a rolling admissions policy whereby students may be enrolled throughout the year as space becomes available.

Tour of School

• Parents or guardians can attend Open Houses or schedule a visit to the school. Drop in tours are scheduled every Thursday at 9 a.m. from September 16 through Memorial Day. (Pershing
School at Chelsea follows Montgomery County closures)

• Individual tours can be scheduled at the parents’ convenience

Submit Completed Application and $75 fee
A complete application packet will contain the following:

• Completed application for admission

• Record release form signed by parent or guardian

• Full battery of cognitive testing completed within 2 years

• Reports and evaluations from speech-language therapy and occupational therapy, if applicable

• Report cards from past 3 years

Student Visit
Family will be contacted to schedule a one day visit if the program meets the student’s needs.

Acceptance Letters and Contracts
Decision letters will be mailed within 2 weeks of the completed admission process.

The entire admissions process takes approximately 4 to 6 weeks.
